Project Overview

Damonte Ranch Marketplace is a multi-tenant commercial development designed to serve the growing South Reno community with essential services and convenient access. Located at the southwest corner of Steamboat Parkway and Veteran’s Parkway, this marketplace brings together a Chevron gas station and convenience store, Wild Wild West Car Wash, and Tahoe Natural Café into a cohesive, high-traffic commercial hub.

Our Role

Dennis Banks Construction was entrusted with the construction of Damonte Ranch Marketplace, overseeing the coordination and execution of multiple tenant builds within a single site. Our team managed site development, structural construction, and infrastructure requirements while aligning timelines across multiple operators to keep the project moving efficiently.
