Damonte Ranch Marketplace
Description
Project Overview
Damonte Ranch Marketplace is a multi-tenant commercial development designed to serve the growing South Reno community with essential services and convenient access. Located at the southwest corner of Steamboat Parkway and Veteran’s Parkway, this marketplace brings together a Chevron gas station and convenience store, Wild Wild West Car Wash, and Tahoe Natural Café into a cohesive, high-traffic commercial hub.
Our Role
Dennis Banks Construction was entrusted with the construction of Damonte Ranch Marketplace, overseeing the coordination and execution of multiple tenant builds within a single site. Our team managed site development, structural construction, and infrastructure requirements while aligning timelines across multiple operators to keep the project moving efficiently.
Building for a Growing Community
Commercial projects of this scale require careful sequencing, logistics management, and attention to detail — especially at a busy intersection serving daily commuters. Dennis Banks Construction worked proactively with developers, utility providers, and trade partners to ensure site access, safety, and schedule continuity throughout construction.
From underground utilities and concrete work to vertical construction and exterior finishes, every phase was executed with durability, performance, and long-term service in mind.
Multi-Tenant Coordination
Damonte Ranch Marketplace required precise coordination across distinct tenant needs, each with unique operational and structural requirements. Our team ensured:
Efficient phasing to support parallel construction
Clear communication between ownership groups and trades
Consistent quality standards across all structures
On-time delivery aligned with tenant opening schedules
This disciplined approach allowed each business to integrate seamlessly into the overall development.
Attention to Detail
Dennis Banks Construction approached this project with a focus on functionality and longevity, delivering:
Durable structural systems built for high daily use
Clean, modern exterior finishes
Well-planned site circulation and access
Infrastructure designed to support long-term commercial demand
Every detail was considered to ensure the marketplace performs as well years from now as it does on opening day.
A Project Built on Trust
Damonte Ranch Marketplace reflects Dennis Banks Construction’s commitment to standing by our word and delivering reliable commercial construction. Through clear communication, accountable leadership, and hands-on execution, we delivered a project that supports both tenants and the surrounding community.
Results
As construction continues, Damonte Ranch Marketplace is positioned to become a cornerstone commercial destination for South Reno. This project stands as another example of Dennis Banks Construction’s ability to manage complex, multi-tenant developments while delivering quality work that lasts.
