Boulder Bay Lake Tahoe
Description
Boulder Bay is a mountain resort located in North Lake Tahoe, Crystal Bay, Nevada. The resort has been permitted and approved through the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) and will be a phased construction of a roughly 220-key resort with mixed condos, time shares, and hotel units. Building A is the first phase of construction for the resort community. DBC began work in May 2017 on the post-tension concrete parking garage and podium slab. The slab was completed during the 2017 TRPA construction season, followed by wood-frame construction through the Tahoe winter. In August 2018, DBC obtained the certificate of occupancy on the first condo units. Building A includes 18 luxury condo units, outdoor spa and amenity patios, a concrete parking structure with owner storage units, an owners' lounge with ski lockers, and a fitness center.
