About this Project
The 1,400 SF space was designed for walk-in/drive-up keg storage and customer delivery, expansion of BC’s retail shopping and a dinning/seating area for Tap Room. guests and overflow seating from the main restaurant next door
DBC’s construction team managed the challenging design/build project. Asbestos demo and remediation was completed in the former residence originally built ~1920. Structure modifications were completed the cobblestone foundation and nearly 100 CY of concrete were used to fortify the basement for the new keg storage and refrigeration.
