Boulder Bay – Lake Tahoe: Building A

Boulder Bay is a mountain resort located in North Lake Tahoe, Crystal Bay, Nevada.

About this Project

The resort has been permitted and approved through the Tahoe Regonal Planning Agency (TRPA) and will be a phased construction of ~220 key resort of mixed condos, time shares and hotel units.

Building A is the first phase of construction for the resort community. DBC began work in May of 2017 on the post tension concrete parking garage and podium slab. The construction of the slab was completed in the 2017 TRPA construction season and kicked off the wood frame construction through the mountain/Tahoe winter. In August 2018, DBC obtained the certificate for occupancy on the first condo units

Building A construction consists of following features:

– 18 luxury condo units

– outdoor spa and amenities patios

– concrete parking structure with owner storage units

– Owner’s lounge with ski lockers and fitness center
